The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $523,495.70 for the business week ending on Friday, May 14, 2021. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.

Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Tisbury, where three transactions resulted in $176,750. Nine transactions earned $144,343.20 in Edgartown. Four transactions generated $128,400 in Oak Bluffs. One transaction earned $31,102.50 in Chilmark. One transaction resulted in $23,000 in Aquinnah. And one transaction generated $19,900 in West Tisbury.
