The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $259,746 for the business week ending on Friday, May 21, 2021. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.

Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where two transactions resulted in $96,600. One transaction earned $51,000 in Aquinnah. Two transactions generated $41,210 in Tisbury. One transaction earned $36,600 in West Tisbury. Two transactions resulted in $20,936 in Chilmark. And one transaction generated $13,400 in Oak Bluffs.
