An Oak Bluffs man who was indicted on 46 charges, including indecent assault stemming from a series of incidents over the course of two years, has been sentenced to at least six years in prison.

Felix Reagan, 26, pleaded guilty before the Hon. Mark Gildea in Dukes County Superior Court on March 13 to 15 of the charges, ranging from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury to photographing an unsuspecting nude person.

He was indicted on 46 charges in 2021 in connection with incidents in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown between January 2019 and December 2020. The indictments in the matter were partially sealed, with victim names redacted.

In all, Mr. Reagan pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, two counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, disseminating photographs of sexual or intimate parts without consent, two counts assault on a household/family member, two counts assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for serious bodily injury, witness intimidation, breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, assault with a dangerous weapon, and two counts violating an abuse prevention order.

As part of the plea offer, Mr. Reagan will serve between six and eight years in state prison and remain on probation into 2034. He must register as a sex offender, complete a batterers program, seek a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, wear a GPS monitoring device and stay out of certain zones.

With the guilty plea, the remaining charges did not go forward, including two counts of rape.
