The following case was heard in Edgartown district court.

Michael R. Habekost, 54, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a Dec. 4 charge in Edgartown of violating an abuse prevention order. Defendant was released on payment of $200 bail and $150 counsel fee and with further condition of no abuse of alleged victim. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 20, 2024.
