The following case was heard in Edgartown district court.

Feb. 1

Michael C. Ferrone, 76, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Sept. 29, 2023 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation. Defendant released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for April 5.
