The following cases were heard in Edgartown District Court.

April 12

Sheri Pagano, 57, of Aquinnah, was arraigned on a Jan. 11 charge in Oak Bluffs of vandalizing property. Bail was set at $100 and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 30.

April 19

Herbert Devine, 71, of East Falmouth, was arraigned on an August 2023 charge in Tisbury of assault and battery. He was released on personal recognizance and is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on May 28.
