Rena Viera and many people attended Robbie Gales 60th birthday party on June 6 at Chilmark Chocolates. Robbie was employed there for many years. It was great fun. It is always comedy night somewhere. This Friday, June 14, it is the famous Nadler comedians, dad Marty and son Charlie, at the Martha’s Vineyard Film Society. Holly Nadler and I will see you there.

Don’t forget Bloomsday at 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 15 at the Katharine Cornell theatre in our town. A passel of our Island singers and actors will refresh your memories of the writings of James Joyce.
