Jair F. Deoliveira Jr., 25, was arraigned on a Jan. 17 charge in Oak Bluffs of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. His bail was set at $2,000 and he has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 14.

Feb. 10

Sofia Hart, 31, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Feb. 10 charges in Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Her bail was set at $100 and she has a pretrial hearing on April 3.
