Two snowstorms in one week! My turkey friends came along in a flock of 22 after the first snowfall. I did not approach them. None looked or acted sick. I wonder if they will pass through after our second storm last night.

The Pie Chicks will close this week until March, when they reopen after some maintenance and repairs. These ladies do a great job keeping us fed throughout the year.

The MVNAACP has changed its first meeting of 2025 to Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m., by Zoom only. The newly elected directors will be introduced.

Our library will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17.
