The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $187,122 for the business week ending on Friday, May 30, 2025. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.
Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Chilmark, where two transactions resulted in $95,450. Two transactions earned $39,400 in Edgartown. Two transactions resulted in $38,900 in West Tisbury. One transaction resulted in $13,300 in Oak Bluffs. And, eight transactions resulted in $72 in Tisbury. No eligible transactions were recorded in Aquinnah.
