Julia Theodora Tarka and Zachary Jon Tarka, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a son, Zachary Jon Tarka, born on Dec. 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Zachary weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
