The Oak Bluffs post office is a mess. I waited for 90 minutes to get my mail today. The solution: keep the lobby open from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., and open the lobby early, when the first civil servant shows up at 7 a.m.

Senior citizens shouldn’t have to struggle to stand for 90 minutes to get their mail.
