Nicholas J. Toscano, nephew of Louis R. Toscano, proposed to Sarah M. Gianni on the rocks at Menemsha Beach. Nick has been coming to the Island for all of his 27 summers. The moment was witnessed by the couple’s three-month old Black Labrador, Fenway.
