The Community Baptist Church of Gay Head (Aquinnah) is hosting a Christmas Eve bonfire service at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The service is open to the public, and will include carols, singalongs, prayer and candlelighting. Warm beverages and cookies will also be provided for anyone who braves the winds. 

The church is located at 1 Church Street in Aquinnah, just south and east of the town library.
