Congratulations to Gabriel Garcia, R.N. who was honored during nurses month for his work as the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital infection prevention program manager. Gabe oversees the dialysis department as well.
Kristina Kestenbaum Hook-Leslie has returned home after a three-week visit in California. She spent one week with her brother William Kestenbaum in Santa Rosa, a week in San Clemente with her daughter Samantha and her family, and a week in Los Angeles with her daughter Jennifer and her family. Her grandson Max Staples graduates from high school and will head to Case Western Reserve University.
Another sure sign of spring is that Jenna Petersiel has arrived in the neighborhood in time to open the Chilmark Tavern next week.
Sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Jerry Rogers who passed away on May 10. Our families had been friends over the generations. He will be missed.
