The Polly Hill Arboretum is accepting applications for its 2022 internships for horticulture and greenhouse work experiences. The deadline to apply is March 4.

Internship opportunities are open to students interested in pursuing careers in the fields of ornamental horticulture, public horticulture and related fields. Horticulture interns are exposed to a range of experiences through hands-on training and demonstrations, attending arboretum-sponsored classes and workshops and going on field trips to other public and private gardens. Greenhouse interns will improve knowledge and skills of woody and herbaceous plant propagation. The time commitments vary from 12 weeks to six months.
