Barbara Flanders Seward, 87, of Menemsha died after a long illness, at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, on Monday, Jan. 3. She was the beloved mother of Douglas and David Seward and Nancy J. Ireland.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date and time to be announced.
