Carolyn Ware Verbeck of West Tisbury and Vero Beach, Fla., died August 3 at the Martha's Vineyard Hospital. She was 86. A memorial service will be held on August 18 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Edgartown. A complete obituary will appear in a future edition of the Gazette.
