Casey Jayne Dobel, daughter of Mary Ellen McElroy of Oak Bluffs and Timothy Dobel of Vineyard Haven, and graduate of Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School class of 2005, recently graduated with honors with a Doctorate in Juris Prudence from the Washington School of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Dobel plans to pursue a career in environmental law in the Washington area.
