Emily and James Burrows of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Knox Dean Burrows, and a daughter, Haven James Burrows, born Nov. 4 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Knox weighed six pounds, 1.1 ounces at birth. Haven weighed six pounds, 0.6 ounces.
