Mary Jane Carpenter, of Edgartown, died suddenly on August 19, 2020, from kidney failure caused by the tick-borne disease babesiosis.

Shirley Walling Mayhew died August 19 at her home in West Tisbury. She was 94.

Norma G. (Hultgren) Sousa died peacefully on May 20 at the age of 89.

Florence Lamborn (Pete) Peters died peacefully in her sleep at Acorn Glen Assisted Living in Princeton, N.J., on July 19.

John (Jack) Edward Behrle, 74, of Haverford, Penn. and Chilmark, died on August 11.

On May 10, Gladys Louise Jones (known to all as Lou) died at home in Vineyard Haven.
