Hazel C. (Pat) Pembrook, age 104, died Sunday, Feb. 10, at the Windemere Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oak Bluffs.

Robert C. Berkley, 59, of West Tisbury and Naples, Fla., died at home Monday, Dec. 17.

Oakes Ames died on Feb. 12 at his home at Copley Woodlands, a senior living facility in Stowe, Vt.

Jacob Tilton Lewis of Edgartown died unexpectedly on Sunday. He was 22.

Elizabeth Ellen Sandland, owner of the Long Hill Assisted Living Facility of Edgartown and mother of two, died on Feb. 8. She was 75.
