Edwin Theodore (Sonny) Leonard Jr. of McGaheysville, Va., died Sept. 20 in Harrisonburg, Va. He was 92.

Russell Weldon Hawkins Jr. of Laurel, Md. died Saturday, Sept. 3 in Baltimore, Md. after a long and courageous battle with heart disease. He was 48.

Alice T. (LaBelle) Williams of Edgartown died on Sunday, Sept. 18 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. She was 84.

Karen T. Harris died unexpectedly at home in West Tisbury on Sunday morning, Sept. 18. She was 70.

William Morrison Waggaman Jr. died at his St. Paul, Minn. home on Sept. 12. He was 26.

Audrey Olive Dow of Edgartown and formerly of Scotch Plains, N.J., died peacefully on Sunday evening, Sept. 18. She was 93.

Florence Regina Paul of West Tisbury died peacefully at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital on Sept. 6, surrounded by family. She was 93.

Barbara E. (Dahill) Harnen of Vineyard Haven died unexpectedly on Wednesday evening, Sept. 14, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. She was 80.

Sylvia Virginia Thomas of Edgartown died on Friday morning, Sept. 16, at the Royal Cotuit Nursing Home in Mashpee. She was 80.
