Samuel Bailey Norton Jr. died Sept. 8 at home in Edgartown with his wife Joan W. Norton and daughter Nancy Norton Monahan by his side. He was 95.

Rodman Townsend Davis died on August 15 at the age of 82.

David Dube died unexpectedly on August 8 at his home in Woodside Village in Oak Bluffs. He was 77.

Lorraine Tigh Dennerlein of Sullivanville, N.Y., died on Sept. 8 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was 89.

Sean Wilcoxson died on Sept. 11 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on August 11 in San Antonio, Tex. He was 29.

Dorothy (Stuhler) Worden died peacefully on Sept. 8 at Windemere Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oak Bluffs. She was 94.

A memorial service for David Lindley Myers will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1.

Sumner Wright Mead of Wilmette and formerly of Kenilworth, Ill., died on Sept. 6. He was 92 and a seasonal Vineyard resident.

Dr. Stanley Earl Nelson, who long had a family home on Martha’s Vineyard, died on Sept. 6. He was 100.
