Clear, cool days and crisp autumn leaves mean that fall is here at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary.

The view at Felix Neck at this time of year is different from the summer scene. Hikers strolling the paths can kick the leaves as they walk. The colors of autumn are beginning and lighting up the woods with their brilliance. Birds and squirrels fill the sanctuary's trees, ponds and Sengekontacket. Migratory ducks and other waterfowl take temporary residence at the man-made Duck Pond.
