July stretches its wings for one last week. What to do, it wonders, while still in the catbird seat, before August comes and says, see you next year?

It could throw some shade, or keep it sunny and bright. Maybe bring on a rainstorm or high winds, or settle into a calm and cool ride. One never knows what a month with just one week left will do with its time.

Perhaps then it is time to take a moment and thank July for its summery disposition, and for arriving year after year no matter what is going on in ]the wider world. It is a thing of beauty, really, the month of July.

Thank you.

Beautiful photos, as usual. I like the livestock, human and animal.
