The books are closing on August. The month is the busiest time of the year for Martha's Vineyard. This year it supplied glorious beach days, rainy nights, traffic, bustle, hustle and humidity. 

But summer is not over; the sidewalks don't roll up, and the water still beckons. Enjoy every minute of it.
