It was a spectacular evening enjoying a variety of seafood made with amazing sauces beautifully displayed on plates, it was definitely a wonderful night spent out I will never forget. Thank you Chef Ryan Scanlon, Chef Stem and all the team who helped put this together, a job well done. Alchemy's is the best!
