Tropical Storm Jose Brings High Surf, Heavy Rain to Martha's Vineyard

Summer came to a stormy close as tropical storm Jose brought high surf, heavy rain, and wind to Martha’s Vineyard. Hardy surfers took advantage of south shore waves while boats were hauled out of the water.
