West Tisbury selectmen last week approved a list of commercial events to be held at the Ag Hall this year over the lone objection of selectman Jeffrey (Skipper) Manter 3rd.

The annual Barn Raisers Ball is Sat. Nov. 2 from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury.

After some discussion, West Tisbury selectmen approved a list of 2019 events for the Agricultural Hall.

A wide-ranging discussion at a packed West Tisbury selectmen’s meeting touched on the history of conservation restrictions that limit use of the Agricultural Hall.
