After months of debate over the best solution to improve public safety and mitigate summer congestion in Menemsha, selectmen approved a plan by resident Barbara Armstrong.
Ryan Rossi of West Tisbury, an Island native and former Coast Guardsman, has been named Chilmark harbor master. He will replace Dennis Jason Jr. in June.
