The last remaining piece of Washington Post publisher Katharine Graham’s grand Mohu estate on Martha’s Vineyard’s north shore goes on the market Friday for $39.5 million.

A rare 186-acre West Tisbury property owned by the son of former Washington Post publisher Katharine Graham was sold Friday for $32.5 million.

The majority of the storied north shore estate once owned by legendary Washington Post publisher Katharine Graham is on the market.

Vice President and Mrs. Coolidge and their two sons, have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. William M. Butler at Mohu, their Lambert's Cove estate, for several days. They left Tuesday. Others in the party at Mohu included Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stearns of Boston, and a member of the secret service.
