How can our relationship with food and eating be influenced by the ancient practices of yoga? M.J. Bindu Delekta from the Sacred Circle of Yoga Studio will attempt to answer this question during a cooking workshop, The Yoga of Food, set for Tuesday, April 20 at 7 p.m. at the Vineyard Haven library. Through Ms. Delekta’s love of mindful cooking and eating, the workshop will examine the ways that food, like yoga, sustains us physically, nurtures us emotionally and spiritually. Learn special cooking techniques, how to choose your food and how to prepare it.
This workshop is free and open to all. For details, visit sacredcircleofyoga.com.
