Keri L. Thomas and Delmar Dwayney Thomas of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Carina Maria Thomas, born on Dec. 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Carina weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces at birth.
