My family and I would like to thank Dr. Jennifer Everett of Animal Health Care Associates for saving the life of our five-year-old bull terrier, Kobe. On Sunday night we noticed that he seemed to be in distress. We called the hospital at 10 p.m. and Dr. Jennifer immediately came out. She immediately realized he had a life-threatening issue and worked diligently to save him. Staff stayed with Kobe all night. Dr. Jennifer also arranged with the Steamship Authority to get us emergency passage on Monday back to our other house for continued treatment. Both Tufts Veterinary Hospital and Newport Animal Hospital were full of praise at how she was able to complete this most difficult procedure on Kobe to save him. We are very appreciate and grateful for the care that our “kid” Kobe received.
