The newest addition to Mass Audubon’s Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary is a labyrinth built by an Americorps crew and other volunteers.

The labyrinth is located off the Marsh Trail and across from the duck blind, and can be used for a walking meditation that can help connect visitors to nature.

“It will help to create an opportunity for quiet and mindful activities with our school and camp groups, as well as the general public,” Felix Neck education coordinator Josey Kirkland said in a press release.

The labyrinth is free with sanctuary admission and open with the trails from dawn to dusk, seven days a week.
