The all-Island art show is Monday, August 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tabernacle in Oak Bluffs. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The event has been a showcase for Vineyard talent since 1956. It features many mediums from wood-carvers to photographers, painters and beyond.

Anyone over the age of 16 can submit an art piece for an affordable $5. The only requirement is an Island address. Return on Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon for the junior all-Island art show, where kids reign and their art rocks.
