The spring sitting of the Dukes County Superior Court begins next Monday, with few criminal cases on the agenda.

Hon. Angel Kelley Brown will preside over the session, which begins April 2 as a grand jury convenes.

There are no criminal trials currently scheduled. Alexander W. Carlson, Roan W. Elgart, and Aaron R. Bezahler are scheduled to be arraigned on drug charges next Friday.

A handful of civil trials are scheduled.

Superior court session usually take place twice a year in Dukes County, in the spring and the fall.
