The off-season Poetry Cafe returns this weekend at the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse with a new name, Poetry & Pie. The event, as the name points out, will include pie with a slice of poetry.

The first Poetry & Pie evening takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. The event is hosted by Arnie Reisman and the evening readers will be Jill Jupen, Steve Ewing, Ann Lees and Chris Legge.
