We’re happy to report that Cassie, the young tuxedo cat, has found her forever home and all is going perfectly.

This week the featured pet is Red, a two-year old, tabby and white boy. Red came here with his sister Buttons, also available, and is a super-friendly cat. He loves attention and enjoys spending time with people. He gets along with other cats, dogs and kids. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready to go. At two, he’s still a playful youngster with lots of love to give.

Tupelo, the male Bernese mountain dog/Shiloh shepherd mix, is still awaiting his forever family. If you’re looking for the perfect family dog, this is your boy. He’s quiet yet playful, obedient, gets along with kids, cats and other dogs, enjoys car rides and sticks close to his people.

Our cat room residents are primarily younger cats. Buttons, Red’s sister, is also tabby and white and very sweet; Teaser is a five-year old tuxedo who is very playful and has the softest coat. DeeDee, only a year old, is a shy young calico, and there’s also Alice, a petite, two-year old silver tabby that gets along with dogs but not cats, and needs an experienced cat owner. And we have two six months-old kittens: Thor, a black and white with a mustache, and his sister Val, tabby and white.
