The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Nov. 20

Larran Reid, 28, of Chilmark, was arraigned on Nov. 20 charges in Chilmark of assault and battery with dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a family/household member, breaking and entering in daytime for felony (person in fear), witness intimidation and kidnapping. He was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Dec. 7.

Nov. 27

Jeffrey Windle, 56, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on November 2022 charges in Edgartown of attempted larceny by check, false pretense in commercial transaction of more than $1,200, attempt to commit a crime, and common and notorious thief. He was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled on Feb. 2.

David Collier, 31, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on August 22 charges of witness intimidation and defacing property in Tisbury. He was released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing scheduled on Dec. 29.
