We’re happy to report that Baby Cakes, the two-year-old, medium-hair, female tabby cat’s adoption has been finalized. Good luck to you in your new family.

Our pet of the week is Bob, a year and a half old, solid gray, manx cat. Bob seems to be adjusting to his new environment and warming up to people. We think he’s going to be an awesome cat once he adapts to a new home. He’s an indoor cat, up-to-date on vaccines and ready to go. Stop by and see if he could be your guy.

The next nail clinic takes place this Saturday, July 13 from 10 a.m. until noon; walks ins only, $20 cash or check.

Come one, come all on Saturday, July 20 for the annual Celebration of Pets from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be a blessing of the animals as well as fun activities for all members of the family. Hope you can join us.

Did you know that Hubbards Cubbard is a fund we have to help provide aid to anyone with financial aid, and/or their pet’s life is in danger.

The hot summer weather is here, so please be aware of the temperature when thinking of taking your best friend on an outing with you. Hot pavement can burn tender pads and a hot car can become deadly in a matter of minutes. Leave your best friend home.
