This week’s adoption news is that Chip the kitten has found her forever home. Congratulations Chip. But her 10-week-old sister Judy is in need of her own family. Judy is a tuxedo and was the runt of the litter. She is a sweet girl, fun and just adorable. Come and see for yourself.
Our pet of the week is Nellie, a beautiful 13-year-old, medium hair, torbi cat. Nellie came to us shy and fearful but has been making great progress lately. She comes out more frequently and is allowing a few people to pet her, and she even sits with them on the sofa. She has a very sweet nature and we expect that she will blossom once she finds her person and goes to a home where she feels comfortable.
Also available is LoLo, a lovely 16-year-old, long-haired, black and white cat. This girl is very friendly with a lovely disposition. She would be a wonderful addition to any home so please someone, come and give her one.
And for the Guinea pig lovers we have a mother/daughter pair in need of a home(s). Both are Abyssinian with calico coloring. Moana, the mother, is three years old, and her daughter Chip is two. Both are hand-raised and very friendly.
The next nail clinic is Saturday, Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. until noon — walk-ins only, $20 cash or check. Dogs must be leashed and cats, rabbits and Guinea pigs need to be in carriers.
