Sun, sun, sun! The sun has been shining, people are loving the warmer weather, there are many baby bunnies running around, everyone is happy.

Happy Birthday to all who celebrated their day this past week. Big balloons go out to Maria Fonseca who celebrated May 10; Edward Rosbeck, Gunner Harlow, May 12; Liam Mercurius, Adelaide Seguin, Paula Rodrigues, May 13; Broden Couto, May 14; and Mateo DeOliveira and Issac Winters who celebrated May 15.

Special birthday wishes goes out to Summer Cimeno who will be celebrating her ninth birthday on May 18.

Congratulations to Owen Hess who just received his law degree from Charleston School of Law. His proud parents are Mark and Kelly Hess.

According to the Farmers Almanac, it is safe after the full moon in May to start your gardens. We have just had the full moon and people are planting excitingly because of the warm days, and they are loving putting color in their yards. The past couple of years have proved the almanac right. However, I am still a little bit more cautious because I was burned a few years back and lost a lot of plants due to frost. I have put some plants in my front planters just to perk up the steps. So, let’s see what happens.
