Follow the Breath

This weekend at the Bodhi Path Buddhist Center, Khenpo Tsering will conduct a teaching on the Five Aggregates according to the text Gateway to Knowledge. The five aggregates of self (skandhas) are those elements that combine to create the illusion of a permanent and substantial self-existence. The Gateway to Knowledge is a condensation of the Tripitaka and its accompanying commentaries by the Tibetan Buddhist master Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche. This text is a consolidation of the intent of Buddha Shakyamuni’s teachings and it is the philosophical backbone of the living tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.

The suggested donation for the teaching is $15 to $20. Anyone interested is invited to come to one or all sessions.
