Fernanda Cardoso and Josimar Candido of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Valentina Cardoso Candido, born Feb. 8 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Valentina weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces at birth.
