John Alfred Ross died peacefully on Jan. 5 after a brief illness. He was 89.

Shirley Reiss died on April 2 after a short struggle with cancer. She was 87.

Richard D. (Dick) Rice of Silver Spring, Md., and formerly Martha’s Vineyard, died on March 29 at Riderwood Village in Silver Spring. He was 90.

Jean Ritchey Ross of Oak Bluffs died at age 90 on February 29, 2020 in South Yarmouth, Me. Her family first summered on Martha’s Vineyard in 1888.

Walter A. Raimon, a Korean naval veteran, died on Jan. 29 at his home in Edgartown.

Judy Herrick Richardson died peacefully on Dec. 3.

Shirley J. (Tankard) Robinson died peacefully on Nov. 29 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. She was 83.

George Rogers Sr. died peacefully at home in Vineyard Haven on Nov. 6. He was 97.
