John Robert (Bob) Jahries died peacefully at his Vineyard Haven home on July 10. He was 91.

A. Jeffrey (Jeff) Dando died July 18 at home in West Tisbury with his family, his beloved dog and his favorite music in the background. He was 82.

Otis P. Jeffers Jr. died peacefully on July 8 at the VA Hospice unit in Brockton. He was 87.

Robert Benton (Bobby) Jackson 3rd of Atlanta and Oak Bluffs died July 15 at Windemere. He was 83.

A memorial service will be held for Arthur Yorke Allen on August 3 at 5 p.m. at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown.

Deborah Cantor Glasser died on the morning of July 19. She was 100 and had led a fulfilling life.

Deidre O'Connell Diodati died April 5 after a courageous seven-year battle with cancer.

Pauline (Polly) Friedrichs of Exeter, N.H. died July 14 at home, surrounded by loved ones. She was 92.

Steven K. Steinberg of Cos Cob, Conn. and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. died on July 19. He was 62.
