A gathering in memory of Nancy Jean McVeigh Tesch will be held on Saturday, June 9 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Church in Edgartown.

Joan M. Lidel, a longtime summer resident of the Vineyard, died in Vero Beach, Fla. on May 22. She was 87.

Martha Wannamaker died at home in Edgartown on May 24, surrounded by family and friends. She was 73.

Richard (Dick) Harding of Lexington died on May 20 after a brief illness. He was 99.

A memorial celebration gathering for Helen Viera Gelotte will be held Sunday, June 10 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sailing Camp Park in Oak Bluffs.

Leona (Nonie) Coleman Flu, a longtime Oak Bluffs resident, died on the evening of Thursday, May 24 surrounded by her loving daughters. She was 94.

Joseph Amos Amaral Jr. of Sebastian, Fla. and formerly of West Tisbury, died on Sunday, May 27 . He was 41.

Philip James Brown 3rd died on May 28 in Oak Bluffs.

Joseph S. Vera died peacefully in Shelburne, Vt. on May 22 near his daughters Lynn and Anne. He lived a full and impactful life.
