It was all about the children in the Camp Ground's Kids Parade . . . also those young at heart, and the four legged variety too. Marchers stepped off at 10 a.m. beginning official Island Fourth of July festivities and the sea of red, white and blue adorned participants, bikes and wagons weaved through the colorful gingerbread cottages.
